1. Preamble

The following website, www.eifron.com, hereinafter called “(the) website”, offers its services under the following terms of use, which the Visitor/User is invited to read carefully and only on the condition that they fully accept them to proceed with the visit and use of the pages and services of www.eifron.com. Therefore, the use of the website implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use by the Visitor/User.

1.1 General Terms of Use
The “website” gathers information legally published from legal and official information sources related to television station programs, terrestrial and satellite programs and stations, and lists them for the convenience of the Visitor/User.

The “website” reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions under which subscribers may access the “website”. Under this agreement, the “website” has the right to change or introduce a new billing policy for any of its services, as well as to change its hours of availability and payment. The “website” shall publish the new instructions (which shall be effective immediately) by any means it deems appropriate (e.g., internet, e-mail, etc.). Any use of the “website” by subscribers after this disclosure shall be deemed to be subject to this.

2. Intellectual Property
The entire content of the website, including but not limited to the material, services, software, images, graphics, plans, texts, and generally all the files found on the website, with the exception of expressly recognized rights of third parties, comprise the intellectual property of the “website” and are governed by national and international provisions, conventions, and treaties on Intellectual Property. Without the prior written permission of the “website”, it is absolutely forbidden to reproduce, copy, republish, modify, communicate, transmit, translate, adapt, arrange, or in any other way transform any material, service, or software, found on the website.

2.1 Exclusions
Exceptionally, individual storage and copying of parts of the material on a simple personal computer of the Visitor/User is permitted for strictly personal and non-commercial use. With respect to everything else contained on the website that is a registered trademark, company name or product of third-party intellectual property rights, the responsibility is borne by the latter. Furthermore, the “website” does not bear any responsibility, in the event that the Visitor/User shares their personal data or other information required for the fulfillment of transactions, via the Internet, with any third party.

4. Creating accounts

4.1 Registration and Account Creation
If the Visitor/User wishes to register for the services offered by the website, they must follow the registration process and create an account, by choosing a username and a password. The Visitor/User declares that all information provided during registration and account creation is accurate, true, valid, and complete. The username to be selected may not already be used by another user and a username or password that in the judgment of the “website” is offensive or inappropriate may not be used. In the event that the “website” is unable to verify the originality of the registration information, it has the right to refuse to create an account. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. Any user, after creating his account, can stop its operation at any time. The “website” may terminate the operation of any user's account, at any time, without prior notice.

5. Personal data
The “website” shall keep a file and shall process any personal data of the Visitor/User (such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.), which will come to its knowledge in the context of the use of the website by them, for transaction, statistics, communication, and improvement of the services provided-related reasons. Archives are securely kept and Visitor/User personal data management and protection are governed by these conditions and relevant provisions of the Greek Law (Greek Law 2472.1997 on the protection of personal data) and the European Law. At any time, the Visitor/User reserves the right to become informed or object to (any) further processing of their personal data, as well as the right to request the deletion of these from the relevant archive, based on article 13 of the Greek Law 2472/97 on privacy.

With respect to any problem that may arise, when visiting the abovementioned websites, responsibility is solely borne by their beneficiaries. Reference to other websites is exclusively and solely provided for the convenience of the Visitor/User and does not contain or imply any form of commitment or guarantee. Further use and / or disclosure of the personal data of Visitors/Users by Third Parties is not the responsibility of the “website”, just as in the case of direct notification of their personal data by the Visitor/User to third parties, the “website” bears no responsibility regarding their use by said third parties.

5.2 User messages and public discussions
Through the website, visitors / users have the possibility to enter their own messages (comments), as well as participate in discussions created by others. Visitors / users must follow the rules of good behavior and not post messages with illegal and immoral content. The “website” may, in case of violation of the abovementioned terms, move or even delete the specific message or even the account of the user who created it. Visitors / users retain the copyright of the messages they quote, while the “website” declares that it does not accept or embrace the views, ideas, or perceptions expressed in this way. This means that the visitor / user is solely responsible for any and all content posted, published, sent, transferred, or otherwise made available through the public discussion websites and other services of the website. b. Harm minors in any way.
c. Impersonate any legal or natural person or make any false statement about the identity of the user/member or (make any) misleading statement regarding the relationship and/or cooperation of the user/member with another legal or natural person.
d. Forge or otherwise tamper with user/member identifiers to mislead as to the origin of content transmitted through the forum services.
e. Post, publish, send, transfer, or use any other method to install software or content of any form (text, image, sound, video), which infringes intellectual property rights.
f. Post, publish, send, transmit, or use any other method to install any unsolicited advertisement or other content promoting products or services or third-party websites, sending spam and unsolicited e-mails and any other form of unsolicited content-related promotion.
g. Harass, in any way, the privacy and individual and social rights of other users/members.

6. Limitations of Liability
Information contained on the website and concerning the “website” itself, its customers, and the goods and services provided, are available "as is", without any express or implied guarantee, indicative and not limiting including the guarantees of merchantability, suitability and quality. The Visitor/User uses the website at his own risk. The “website” makes every effort to provide high-quality services, however, in no case does it guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free provision of the above services and contents, the absence of "viruses" or any form of files that can cause damage and the assurance of complete functionality, accuracy and reliability of the material provided. The “website”, under no circumstances, is responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the Visitor/User, which originates from the use of the website. 8. Applicable Law and Other Terms
These Terms of Use, as well as any amendment thereof, are governed and supplemented by the provisions of Greek Law, the Directives and Regulations of the European Law, and relevant international provisions and are interpreted based on the rules of good faith and fair dealing. The Courts of Athens are competent with respect to any dispute that may arise, related to these Terms of Use. If any term is deemed duly void or determinable, it automatically ceases to be valid, without, however, affecting the validity of the other terms. The “website” reserves the right, at any time and at its absolute discretion, to modify these Terms of Use. Any modification shall only be made in writing and shall be immediately included in this text, edited by the “website”. The Visitor/User should be properly informed. Following the continuation of the use of the website and any modified Terms of Use, acceptance of the respective modifications is presumed.
